Along with the rain and the wind this weekend we had two visitors that blew into town and then were gone just as quickly. Aaron and Isaac came to Clovis Sunday afternoon and then all too soon had to leave on Monday. Isaac is our oldest grandchild. He is a kindergartner living in Connecticut with his Mom, Dad and two sisters, Elise and Lucy. He loves Thomas the Train Engine and his cousin Logan. He is a talented swimmer and a math whiz! Grandpa and Isaac love anything that have to do with trains, and so we finally got to watch some of those 'Extreme Trains' episodes that grandpa has been taping for Isaac. All the local grandchildren, aunts and uncles came to visit Isaac and Aaron and a fun time was had by all. Family is the best thing ever!!!

ReplyDeleteI was wondering about the 'Extreme Trains'. He has been asking to watch the steam engine one and has been very frustrated at me for not being able to magically produce it!
ReplyDeleteThe boys loved being there! Wish we all could have gone!
Cute pictures by the way!
We went by Dad's office on the way out of town and Isaac noticed a framed picture with three trains. Isaac said, 'Oh, there are two steam engines and one diesel'. I said 'Really?' Tom said 'Can't you see the difference?' 'Uhhhhh, no!'
